Japan's "Hamtaro" premiered on Cartoon Network for the American audience in the summer of 2002. Hamtaro needed an online presence to acquaint his new fans with the world of the Ham-Hams.
The site introduces Hamtaro and the Ham-Hams, his adventurous group of friends. Kids can meet the individual characters, learn words from the Ham-Ham language, and read synopses of the cartoons.
