Challenge

To reposition this Canadian kid network with droopy ratings and a fading presence in the minds of kids.

Result

BIG BLUE DOT gave the network a new identity that said YTV is the "Weird Channel" and would be equated with anything weird (it either has to "make you chuckle" or "make you go, 'huh?'"). In short, weird is good. In less than three months, the network's ratings went from a 9 share to a 17 share.
